RESERVING A DAY:

To reserve a day, a $400 security deposit is required. You may pay this with cash, check or money order. Rent for the day is $1100.00. The deposit will secure your rental date. This is taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and on receipt of this deposit, the day will be reserved for you. You have between the day you pay the deposit and up until 10 days before your rental day to pay the $1100.00 rent. You may pay in installments.
Upon completion of your event, if building and grounds are left clean, we return the $400. (or what is left of it after we pay our housekeeping staff to restore the facility to a presentable condition).
If you need to set up a day before your rental (provided that day is available) there is a $550 charge for that day
RENTAL SUMMARY:
If you plan to serve alcohol, you must have a permit from NC ABC ($50, payable to them). See detailed information in our Rental Agreement or click below button:
NOTE: A Limited Special Occasion permit allows the host of a function to furnish liquor and fortified wine to invited guests, free of charge. Guests are not permitted to bring their own liquor. There can be no charge or fee to attend the function. Any money collected for the event or during the event constitutes an illegal sale of alcohol and violators will be subject to criminal prosecution. If any violence occurs, you must contact local law enforcement
If you use our stove, an additional $100 fee is charged, the refrigerator is free. Kitchen has two double sinks and food prep area (See Gallery, Below)
We have 250 chairs, 30 eight foot long and 4 six foot long rectangular tables. We supply toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, as well as basic cleaning materials for your use to restore the building in the condition you found it in order to get your full $400.00 deposit back.
